When we were kids, we knew that when the summer came around our mom and her friends would go on vacation for a week on one of the islands<\/em>. We would stay home with dad.<\/p>

Our mom and her friends literally toured all the islands of Greece this way. We remember how tanned<\/strong>, rejuvenated<\/strong> and happy<\/strong> she was when she came home. We also had a great time with the dads who were in charge, we ate out, went to the movies and played without having a strict schedule \ud83d\ude09<\/p>

This was a given for us and thought it to be the norm until later on in life we realized how our family was the exception and other families did not do the same.<\/p>

Even though our grandmother had a rough start in life she managed to change the outcome of it with sheer will and faith in herself. She lived a beautiful and meaningful life immersed in love and acceptance<\/em>. She had practically no education but yet her philosophy of life never displayed this.\u00a0 Her motto was \u201cthe journey of life must be filled with happiness\u201d<\/strong> and her legacy was \u201cthe gift of life is taking pleasure in each moment, seeing the beauty in the simplicity of everyday life and enjoying this gift\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

Being raised with a lot of love and the influence by these unique women as well as dad\u2019s support, both of us chose paths of the heart.\u00a0 We chose to be free and recognise the importance of the present.<\/em><\/p>

Elena chose alternative therapies and yoga instruction and Penelope chose sports, travel and event planning.\u00a0 We have nurtured our mental health and physical well being by giving to and empathizing with others.<\/p>

Through practice and years of experience we have managed to be present and live magical moments by not allowing life to just pass us by.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Elena Spyropoulou<\/strong><\/em>
Elena is a therapist and has more than 20 years of experience. She studied Shiatsu, reflexology, acupuncture, otoacupuncture, Thai massage, traditional massage.<\/p>

With much love and respect she helps others to overcome blockages in physical and energetic levels so they will find tranquility, relief, balance and strength.<\/p>

She is dedicated to her mission, her therapies to all those who come to her path or ask for help.<\/p>

Also she is a Yoga instructor and offers classes and retreats.<\/p>

Elena travels a lot, she has been to USA for seminars and studies, to Peru for personal empowering and spiritual growth and spend time with the shamans.<\/p>
