Sailing in the Aegean Sea is a must for those who love to sail and even for those who are just along for the ride.
The Aegean constitutes an ideal setting because it combines close proximity between the islands, mild and progressive change of temperatures, steady and predictable winds, lack of currents or tides, crystal clear water and thousands of bays and beaches. The beauty of these ports and islands are magnificent and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
Even though all the islands of the Cyclades are set apart by the deep blue sea, the unique light, the white color of the architecture as well as the villages and ports, each island is different and special.
So follow us as we set sail hand in hand along the summer winds, where we will perform daily exercises to strengthen our energy through yoga, meditation, chi gong and breathing exercises. We will hike, visit ancient sites, swim, go snorkeling in magnificent beaches with crystal clear water and eat excellent quality traditional food.
THE JOURNEY
Our boat will be at Lavrio port, waiting for us to board and set sail.
Dress code for the next few days is a bathing suit and a sarong.
We will…
…Visit 1 or 2 islands daily, all of them breathtaking in their Cycladic architecture but each with its unique beauty
…Travel for 2 to 4 hours where we will have sailing lessons or simply kick back and enjoy the sea breeze. Vacationing on a sailboat offers the ultimate sensation of freedom while relaxing to the sounds of the sea and sails.
…Cast anchor to go swimming and even spend a night in one of the unique beaches where we will explore, swim in crystal clear water, practice, SUP and just let go in the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea
…Have lunch on board,in between dives, with incredible salads and healthy meals based on the mediterranean diet. At night we will enjoy our dinner at select taverns that offer food such as the renowned lobster pasta found on Kea Island.
Weather permitting we will also dine on the boat or on an isolated beach with the starry sky as a backdrop.
…Practice breathing techniques daily to maintain our energy levels high with a flow and balance. We will receive an extra boost by practicing yoga and performing rituals dedicated to feminine energy in the most beautiful settings.
…Visit ancient sites and temples, the highlight being Delos, known as a sacred island where it is said that light was born.
As the days roll by and we become a team we will also become one with the sea and feel free. We will get in touch with our inner beauty and strength derived from our feminine energy and we will also discover that even a mirror is no longer necessary. We will feel complete simply by the image of us seen through our confidence and nothing else.

90% balance of payment no less than 60 days prior to embarkation date
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% penalty for cancellation from 60 – 31 days prior to deprture date.
50% penalty for canellation from 30 – 8 days prior to departure date.
100% penalty for cancellation within 7 days of departure date.
